How does it work?

1. You email us, stating:

• your country of business, (ie. The place you live & work, NOT the places yo're selling/trying to sell to!)

• your social media links: LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, X, Facebook.

▪︎ your portfolio: ArtStation, Youtube Channel, Twitch, Spatial, Decentraland, Etsy, Your Own Website.

2. We decide IF your details look REAL.

3. If you are based in 1 of the Accepted Countries, then your application will be APPROVED!

If, however, you FAIL to identify yourself, or you are operating in 1 or more of the Prohibited countries, or BOTH, then your application will be AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED!

Can I appeal a Rejected Application?

No. We unfortunately do not have enough time to re-check evry 'failed/rejected application'. So IF you meet the necessary conditions, please make sure they are up-to-date.

What happens NEXT?

After we have approved your participation in our Creator Program, please check your Inbox, Junk and Spam folders for any Confirmation email from Wahi-Pad. We will email you instructions on HOW to access your MS365 Business account, and WHAT services you can access with it.

How do Payments work?

1. We have partnered with Shopify to enable the Shopify Plus plan and its eCommerce services. These include the ability to manage and grant permissions for team sellers to set their own payment methods, so that we do not need to keep our Creators waiting until the end of the week or month, to be paid.

2. We also use a Third-party Shopify app to empower our Sellers to offer:

• Deposits and Pre-Order payments,

• Split-payments; to Pay a little now, Pay the rest later.

How do I use my Seller email account?

We give you a licence to use MS365 Business Basic applications, like Web & Mobile support for Office apps (like Word & Excel), as well as cloud storage and premium security for all email communications.

This also allows you to create alias email addresses, linked to your MS365 Business Basic account, in the following formats:-
