There are many different art styles, themes, colours and trends out there. To make it easier for customers, artists and passionate creators alike, we have created an in-depth Art Guide, that shows you:

i) exactly what each art style LOOKS LIKE,

ii) which other art styles are SIMILAR in colour, pattern, or appeal, so you can experience some new variations to your own collection,

iii) and a helpful description, explaining the foundation or discovery of each art style, and also how it can fit in with your personal interests.

We aim to deliver your physical or print product within 2 to 6 working days.

(Note: Production times may vary. Example: Acrylic prints and paintings take 1 week maximum to dry, so expected deliveries would be 2 to 6 days after confirmation of a completed artwork.

Whereas Oil paintings and prints take 3 to 4 weeks to feel 'touch-dry/non-sticky', so deliveries for these would likely be longer.

1. Physical Prints are near-identical Print copies of a painted, drawn or otherwise produced piece of art, textiles, or other collectible merchandise by the Original Artist.

2. Digital Prints are Print copies that cannot capture the physical mediums or texture (feel) of a Physical Painting or Product, but they can still display the brushstrokes, drawing techniques or artistic skills by the creator, in a digital (i.e. computerized) and often 'downloadable' format.

In the case of Prints, these are physically printed onto the Customer's chosen material or surface.

3. AI Prints, or AI generated Products, are those that cannot physically produce, nor digitally recreate a feeling or evidence of Human-assisted Art or technical ability.

Typically, AI generations are purely Conceptual, Imaginary and highly Expressive. They are designed to enchant and inspire the Customer, rather than give them a Human-connected experience.

4. Originals, are First-copy 1-of-1 Paintings, Drawings and Products that are directly made by-hand, or with assistance of Digital or AI tools, by the Original Artist.

If you prefer a Custom Commissioned Artwork or Product, then this is for you. Or if you are looking for an Unsold piece from Your Favourite Artist.

Generally, if you are unhappy with the delivery time or quality of the product, or if you have not yet received it, or missed a delivery, or wish to get a refund or make a return, for any reason, we (the Seller) are obliged by EU law on Returns to grant you 14 days from the date of payment, for you to raise a dispute with us, or contact us to request a refund or return.

Note: Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected, so you are granted 14 days to notify us of your dispute/refund/return within 14 days of payment.

However, we are obliged by law, to grant you up to 30 days from the date of your delivery, to be able to receive a refund and to return the purchased product to us. This allows you a reasonable amount of time to raise a dispute.
